V1 Study is an initiative of V1 Software Solutions Private Limited, an Indian company established to undertake software development, digital platforms and information technology services.
Our objective is to prepare a dependable digital environment for future learning and education partnerships. The portal is intended to provide a clear point of access for learners and a structured foundation for information, communication and learning resources.
Our work is guided by accessible communication, defined responsibilities, appropriate learner support and documented processes. Any education or qualification provision will begin only when the relevant approvals and operational arrangements are in place.
We are preparing for a potential centre application and reviewing the requirements that would apply to the proposed delivery model.

V1 is exploring potential study pathways at Levels 4, 5 and 6. No qualification title, subject, intake date or enrolment offer is confirmed at this stage.

Centre approval alone does not confirm approval to deliver every qualification. Any future OTHM provision will depend on formal centre approval, approval for the relevant qualification(s), and the applicable terms and requirements. See OTHM’s published centre approval process.
Preparation is focused on the systems and information learners and partners need to understand the provision clearly. These areas are being developed and remain subject to review, applicable requirements and any approval process.
Our approach recognises that online delivery depends on more than a portal: it requires suitable people, learning resources, communication, assessment arrangements and quality processes.
